If I had to choose one word to describe my kiddos it would be FORTITUDE. No matter what they may face in life, outside or inside the gym; they do so with tenacity, enthusiasm, perseverance, a can - do attitude, and (usually) the biggest most infectious smiles and belly laughs you have ever seen heard. We are a community, a team, we cheer each other on, we make each other better yet challenge and motivate each other to stick with it, try again, do our best and are constantly learning and re-learning that sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but always with dignity and grace.
