A new year means a new adventure. What better way to inspire my students to be comfortable in the classroom than to make it their own. This year, I will be "ditching the desks" to make the classroom a more functional space. Students will have tables if they prefer and chairs if they want, but my gifted students will not be bound to a seat for 7 hours a day! We will be looking to further our skills by learning more about ourselves and our learning styles, and using our style as a tool to become better learners. We will not be restricted to dirty desks and rock hard chairs, we will explore our curriculum in a non traditional, but super comfortable way!
