We need a small ramp, outdoor play equipment for high school kids and beautification of our private courtyard. Hello! I am a second year special education teacher at a high school. I was an interrelated SPED teacher when I was hired, but I just transitioned to a SID/PID class last month. I am part of a group of 4 wonderful full time MID/MOID/SID/PID teachers who do our best everyday to teach our students who vary in "abilities". I see so much potential in each of the students and have made positive changes since I have been their teacher. I have 4 spectacular students, 2 in wheelchairs and most of them are non-verbal. Between the four classes, we have 3 students who are in wheelchairs and a few who have difficulty walking. We have available for them a closed in area where we can sit, talk and play for calm down time, activities and just to get a breath of fresh air.
