Can you name your favorite book from high school? When my students look back on their high school career, I want them to remember that they read a book meant to inspire. Every book serves a purpose whether it's to serve as a cautionary tale or motivate the next generation. Help us bring a book into the classroom that will create tremendous conversations. Conversations about the community our students call home, and the positive and negative influences that impede on their journey to success. Help us place a book written by someone from their community in their hands, so that we may show them the positives that come from their hometown.
