My students come from different cultures and ethnicities but we all unite as one in our 3rd grade classroom. We are a team and there is a strong sense of community in our school. We have come a long way in the last 3 years to improve our school and we aren't stopping yet! We have our challenges, as any school does, but we work together to overcome anything that comes our way. My students know that I have their backs and will do everything I can in order to build them up and help them to succeed. They love talking about the future and what they dream of accomplishing. I help them build confidence and determination so that they won't give up and won't settle for anything other than their best.
