Every child grows up dreaming of being the greatest singer, dancer, actor, doctor or president. For me, I always dreamed of having a career as a teacher, inspiring the youth of tomorrow. Teaching and helping others with their problems were always passions of mine. I loved teaching my younger siblings how to read, write and figure out complicated math problems.
In school I always enjoyed studying my teachers' movements and dreamed of imitating them in front of my own class. I believe everyone has a purpose in life and my destiny is to encourage students that with an education they can fulfill their own dreams in life.
As I teach, a quote by William Arthur Ward always resonate throughout my mind. "The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires." I want all my students to feel there are no limits to their future ambitions in life.
