Greetings to one and to all who view this profile, I am one of the general music teachers at PS 117 in Queens. Since I began teaching in 2004, it has been a privilege to teach the students (Pre-K-5), that includes students in both the general and special needs population (autism, learning disabilities, speech, emotional disturbance, etc.). Music is one way we can reach our students to help them in their development. Many of the tools needed to teach music and enhance their musical experiences can be very expensive, so all who decide to find it in their hearts to donate are appreciated. Thanks in advance!
