Our district is providing schools with the essentials to give our students the best education possible. However, my classroom lacks the resources to provide students with books and magazines that stimulate their interest in science, history, as well as current events. The majority of my students have not traveled much. Scholastic News will have the world at my student's finger tips. Every child will receive their own magazine each month. The students will have opportunities to learn about current events, history, and science with a text that is at their learning level. Scholastic News also provides engaging lessons that coincide with the monthly subscription that can increase student engagement. These are great tools to providing a well- rounded educational experience!
