Hunger makes it difficult for them to focus, participate, and stay engaged in their learning. When I shared with my students that generous donors had provided breakfast bars and snacks for our classroom, they were overjoyed. I could see a sense of relief on their faces, as if a weight had been lifted off their shoulders knowing that they would not have to worry about starting their day on an empty stomach. This simple act of kindness made them feel cared for, valued, and ready to learn.\r\n\r\nHaving this resource available has already made a difference in our daily routines. On days when we have two-hour delays, unexpected schedule changes, or when a student arrives late and misses breakfast, they now have the reassurance that something will be there for them. This helps create a smoother start to the day and ensures students are able to give their full attention to the lessons in front of them. With full bellies, they are more focused, more motivated, and better able to engage in their work.\r\n\r\nI am so thankful for the support provided through these donations. It has not only impacted students academically by giving them the energy to learn but has also contributed to a more positive and supportive classroom environment. Students know that their community is cheering them on and investing in their success, which builds confidence and a greater sense of belonging. These small but meaningful contributions have truly created a big impact on my students' learning and well-being.","fullyFundedDate":1755727559635,"projectUrl":"project/late-to-school-no-stress/9304010/","projectTitle":"Late to School?
