"Tell me and I forget, teach me and I remember, involve me and I learn." - Ben Franklin. I am an international teacher from Northern Ireland who arrived in the US to teach in North Carolina. I arrived here with a suitcase and little else and so I am looking for resources to make my classroom the best learning experience that my children can have. The children I teach are lively, friendly and eager to learn. I am looking for ways to make their school time a memorable, enjoyable and fun experience which fosters a desire in them to continue their learning beyond the confines of the classroom and the school, resulting in them continuing their learning journey throughout their lives.
