Welcome to our 4th/5th Grade Bridge 12:1:1 classroom, where students with diverse learning needs show up every day ready to try, grow, and believe in themselves. Many of our students are working below grade level, but they bring determination, curiosity, and heart into our classroom.
With small class size and individualized support, we provide explicit instruction, hands-on learning, and a structured environment that helps students feel safe, confident, and successful. Every lesson is designed to build skills, independence, and self-esteem—because our students deserve to see themselves as capable learners.
