I teach Introduction to Studio Arts,Studio Arts 1 and Studio 2. Students explore, elements and principles of art and design, as well as artists in history and color theory. We use common painting and drawing materials, but we also branch out,working with printmaking and recycled materials. My students are from all different backgrounds, some with family who reside in different countries. They face challenges in and out of the school environment. I strive to provide a safe and creative environment for my students to produce meaningful artwork.
