As my first year at a brand new school, I want to provide my students with everything they need to love learning. Part of that ideal classroom community includes a large rug for students to create a comfortable and fun space where they can read to me, read to each other, listen to stories, explore differentiated math strategies, and play. I envision my students using this rug to become a family of learners. It allows me and the students to have a more interactive day and a fulfilling school year. Please help me create this space for mini lessons, group work, and math games. Thank you!
