I work in a school district where my students don't have much but do have the love of reading. Your generous donation was able to give my students a \"cool\" comfortable environment where they could curl up during the day and get lost in a book. \r\nEach day we have DEAR time which stands for: drop everything and read. The students are able to choose a book on their reading level and decide where they would like to read on our room. The chairs are such a hit I have to make a chart to make sure each student is able to get a chance to use them during the week.\r\nThe students that are able to read by themselves are getting lost in the stories provided by your donation. The students that aren't at the level year are enjoying the stories when I read them to the class. \r\nWe are so grateful for you and your help to fund our project. Because of you, our classroom has been transformed with exciting new resources that are making a real difference for my students.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials arrived, the excitement in the room was contagious! The students' eyes lit up as they unpacked the boxes, eager to explore the new tools that would help them grow and learn. One student exclaimed, \"This is the best day ever!\"—a true testament to how much your support means to them.\r\n\r\nWe have already put these resources to great use! For example, with the new literacy materials, we've been working on blends and digraphs in a hands-on and engaging way. One of our recent activities involved interactive word-building games, where students practiced sounding out and blending words in a way that felt more like play than work. The newfound confidence they're showing in reading is incredible!\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we will continue incorporating these resources into our daily learning, helping students build their reading and problem-solving skills. Each day, they are gaining confidence, perseverance, and a love for learning—thanks to you.\r\n\r\nYour generosity has made an immediate and lasting impact on our classroom, and we are so grateful for your support.
