My classroom is made of many unique personalities. The class has a very playful spirit and they love when we meet in the gathering spot for read alouds. My students come from all different backgrounds and learn a lot from each other during the school day. Being in a Title 1 school, these students have many barriers in life that they must face. For many of them school is a safe haven from the realities of life. My job this year has been to create a fun, safe and exciting learning environment where they not only grow as students, but as people. It is very important that these students have the resources they need in order to be successful in the world. My students spend everyday working extremely hard to make the gains necessary for them to be successful in the years to come.
