This is a joint project for our course alike team. Our students have district provided laptops. Usually the district collects them each year, to clean both physically and digitally, but this past year students kept their devices from one year to the next. This has caused some build up of fingerprints and oils on these computers. If we spend just a few moments each week wiping down the computers with the cleaning spray and microfiber cloths, students will learn to take care of their electronics long term. Students will also be able to return those devices back to the library in better condition than they might have in the past! We will have two sprays per teacher’s room, a class set of wipes per classroom, and an extra large pack of wipes for the teachers’ smart screens.
