My English Language Development 2nd grade classroom is made up of 25 of our futures brightest. These students come from a variety of countries and attend a southern Arizona Title 1 school. Our school prides itself on having a STEM focus and mission I truly believe in. We are training future Arizona Scientists, Technologists, Engineers-Artists and Mathematicians. 99% of my students are on free or reduced lunch and come from low-income households. Each and every day, despite any odds they may face, my students come to school excited and ready to learn. I have two motto's in my classroom. One is "Don't give up," and "Oh the places they will go!"
