Scholars come to our school for many things, to be loved, and to be nourished mentally and physically. Unfortunately many of our scholars are lacking nutrition at home. We supply our scholars with as many of these things as possible. We do what we can at the school level to help. Scholars need water as a healthy alternative to anything else they may have to choose from at home. Some of our scholars live in transitional housing and don't have access to nutrition when they leave our care. Water is, at least, something we can send home that is healthy.
