I teach seventh grade at PRC MS, located on the Westside of Los Angeles. It is part of Los Angeles Unified School District. The school’s 2100 population is made up half from local students and half of the students commute from over 100 different zip codes. It is a very diverse school socioeconomically, racially, ethnically, religiously, and linguistically. It is a wonderful school and I am grateful to teach here. My classes include a sheltered class, three honors classes, and a proficient class.
