Strangely enough, students need these folders in order to keep up with the demands of their yearly competition. For the competition, students need to have original unmarked copies of their music. The old school fix-it way is to wrap a few rubber bands around a binder and hope for the best, but this creates a variety of issues such as the rubber bands popping on stage, tearing of music from the band roughness, and an overall unprofessional appearance. Students never complain about these things. However, I think feel that you don't miss what you don't have. These students have dedicated every bit of their free time to the choir, and I think providing them with professional folders like these would be so beneficial. If they feel confident in how they present themselves, they're more likely to perform at their highest level.
