We are a wonderful group of second graders at Monterey Highlands School. I have a very loving and caring group of students. They're so happy and carefree, but love learning new things every day. One of their favorite things is story time, but right now they have to sit on our dirty floor while I read a story to them. I also have a classroom library, but they can only get books and take them to their desks because the floor is so dirty. It would make the students so happy to be able to sit on a warm and colorful carpet while I read to them, or while they enjoy a story of their own.

About my class
