Our school is a high poverty K-6 school in Stockton, California. Often my students come into the classroom hungry and lacking sleep because they either share an apartment among families or may be in between housing. Most of the students coming into my classroom are struggling in all academic areas and need special one on one or small group sessions to help boost their ability, confidence and success.
