The school is a title 1 school and the students come from homes that do not have a lot. They rely heavily on the teachers to supply materials needed for school as well as the emotional support they need to get through their daily lives. The students do not have much opportunity to explore outside of school, so while in school we do our best to allow them to move a lot and explore using technology. The students are also provided with a variety of learning materials that need to be stored in a neat and organized way which allow them to explore through books.
