My students live in a small farming city, and unfortunately our area in the city is a low socio-economic one. Many of our students come from a Hispanic background, which is full of dedication, care, and respect. They all have the desire to do well, but do not always have the funding to advance their learning-this leads to little exposure to technology. I teach in a wonderful school, and we do all we can to help our students. I would love nothing more than to provide my students with the opportunity to advance their skills and knowledge with the technology. iPads would offer so much for our classroom. It would help to create a more fun, enthusiastic, and independent learning environment. Please help me to give more to my students! The are well deserving, wonderful kids :).
