I teach 8th grade language arts. My students range from struggling readers to advanced and gifted students. The transition from middle school to high school will provide its own challenges. Next year the students will face new social situations, exposure to a more diverse population and school topics that challenge their understanding of the world. It is our goal to provide the students with everything they will need for their academic journey, as well as the paths for their career aspirations.

About my class
