Thank you for taking the time to read about my project. I have 22 wonderful students who are working hard to become their best selves! We are working on reading comprehension and phonics skills with the program Benchmark. Benchmark provides weekly assessments to check progress and reinforce learned skills. I would like for my students to take their assessments without the frustration of not have the proper resources. When taking assessments, half my class has headphones and the rest have to listen to the questions without one. Headphones get worn out every year and replacing them can get costly. Having a class set of headphones would help my students take their assessments in a quiet environment where they can focus peacefully without the distraction of noise. I would also like new privacy boards for them. My privacy boards are almost 8 years old. They are worn down, written on and falling apart. I would love to have new ones so they won't be falling or wobbly around my students while they take their assessments. Thank you so much for helping my class succeed!
