The selected carpets will be used to establish a warm, inviting and cozy reading library area. The students will have a place to go and sit on during the Daily 5 reading block of our schedule instead of the cold tiled floor. The most valuable difference the carpets will serve as is that it will help the children build their vocabulary and reading comprehension skills. By donating to our project you will share in my vision on the importance of reading. You will help my student's future educational requirements and prepare them for academic success. In addition, it will encourage great reading habits and open the door many adventures.
