The 30 pound drumsticks will allow my students to opportunity to learn about rhythm and keeping their bodies active. I have had a pound instructor come into my class and teach my students, and it was amazing to see how all the students were able to participate and have fun while learning. I have purchased the DVDs and would love to incorporate this activity into my physical education classes. Pound has really helped many students who have difficulties find a positive way to get out their frustration by hitting the drumsticks into the ground while still having fun. Even the teachers at my school enjoy participating in pound because it is great exercise, but you have fun while working out.
