This flexible seating, including Comfy Floor Seats and a Flex-Space Big Beanbag Seat, will help my students in various ways. My students need a physical environment that is inviting as well as comfortable. The new seating would give them choice and control of were to sit and work. Some students work best with backless seating and this would provide them an opportunity to focus on their work while being comfortable. The seating would allow my students to work comfortably when working in small groups, partnerships or independently. The new seating would allow them to take their learning around the room. The flexible seating would encourage the students to take turns in different locations around the room. We would be able to utilize the entire classroom when working, breaking away from the traditional seating arrangements.
