Volleyballs will greatly impact ALL of my students! It has been difficult traversing around COVID-19, especially as a PE teacher. Unfortunately, I have been limited in many of my units due to the lack of equipment at my school. The sport of volleyball is an excellent life-long activity that improves hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and balance. Additionally, it teaches students the valuable skills of teamwork and communication. Having a 1:1 ratio of volleyballs to students will completely transform this unit, furthermore, the 1:1 ratio will allow every student to be an active learner the entire class period. Unfortunately, the PE budget remains minimal, and the few volleyballs that my students have are in poor condition.
