My class is comprised of 36 ten and eleven year olds who are bilingual, curious, and hardworking. They love to ask questions and wonder about everything and anything. Often times they will ask a question that I do not have an answer for and they run to the computers to investigate. My students are hardworking. They know that being bilingual is an asset but it takes a lot of work to fully master bilingualism. Therefore, they spend time at home learning Spanish and English with their family, and in school they work hard to learn how to read and write in both languages, too. They have robust and fun personalities which makes for endless enjoyment and amazement from their teachers and the rest of the staff.
