Our school is located in the heart of rural Illinois, surrounded by miles of farmland and a strong agricultural community. As a Title I district, we serve a high percentage of students from low-income families, many of whom face challenges that extend beyond the classroom. Despite these obstacles, our students are hardworking, curious, and eager to learn. They bring with them a deep sense of community, resilience, and pride in their rural roots. Access to resources and opportunities can be limited in our area, which makes support from programs like DonorsChoose especially meaningful. With additional resources, we can help ensure that every student—regardless of background—has the tools and experiences they need to succeed, explore their interests, and envision a bright future.
