My school resides in a very small, rural town in Southwest Missouri. We are high ELL and high poverty with over seventeen languages spoken in the community and at school. My classroom is home to twenty-six students. Of those twenty-six, nearly half are English Language Learners, one has an IEP, and most are struggling or emergent readers.
