Greetings! I am the counselor at Bryn Mawr Elementary School in Loma Linda, Ca. What a wonderful school to be a part of! I have the privileged of working with happy smiling children from ages 4-12 and it is truly a dream job! My room serves as a quiet space for students to speak with me about any needs or concerns they may have during recess or lunch. Often times, students simply want to come in and work on an activity and make a new friend. Others, need to share information with me that is hindering them from doing well in school and feeling their best. We also use this room to conduct small groups and one on one counseling during the school day. My hope for this room is to further develop it into a place for students to come and practice kind words, mindfulness, and celebrate each other's achievements. The possibilities are endless!
