I am looking for donations of beanbag chairs and floor cushions so that I can provide flexible seating in my classroom. Flexible seating will give my students a choice in what kind of learning space works best for them. It will help them to work collaboratively, improve communication and engage in critical thinking. Studies have shown that flexible seating improves grades, student engagement and all-around mood. I believe that a comfortable learning environment will promote focus and work productivity. Many of my students have difficulty accessing their learning due various obstacles they face daily. I want them to be able to have a space that is warm, quiet and conducive to learning. Thank you so much for considering donating to my classroom!
