I teach a classroom of 24 fifth grade students. Writing to learn is a big part of our day. They are smart, witty, creative students with big ideas they are eager to share. My students work hard to learn to write persuasive essays, poetry, narratives, and many other forms of writing. In Utah our students work hard and play hard. Most of my students have some kind of talent to share whether it is excelling in sports, dance, music, art, and anything else you can think of.

About my class
