My classroom is a calm, inviting place for my 9th graders to experience college-level rigor for the first time. As these students' first AP teacher, I have the pleasure of leading them toward college credit while still remembering that they are only 9th graders. We do projects, watch videos, play games, and get up and move all in an effort to learn hard things while having fun.
