I am so lucky to teach in the area of New Jersey that I do. I work with a diverse group of learners who face challenges every day. Despite these challenges, they always greet me with a smile on their face and ready to learn. Approximately 80% of the students receive free or reduced lunch. Many of their parents work numerous jobs to make ends meet.
