As we all know, technology is playing an ever-growing role in education. This shift has lead to amazing online-based programs geared towards teaching students in many different ways, using audio, visual, and language supports amongst others. Our classroom is fully embracing this shift and chromebooks will allow my students to access these online programs, as well as Google Classroom to check, view, and complete classroom assignments and assessments. "Technology will never replace great teachers, but technology in the hands of great teachers is transformational" -George Couros. As a teacher, my goal is to provide my students with the best possible instruction. Technology is a gateway to that instruction, and these chromebooks will allow me to serve my students at a higher capacity.
