By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. With this listening center, my students can better hear stories and build their listening skills and reading comprehension. When a student is able to hear a story read without outside noise or distraction, they are better able to understand and comprehend what is read to them. Having a separate listening center, we can have 4 students listen to the same story at the same time, while fully being able to hear what is read to them.
