Due to my students' orthopedic, visual, and developmental delays, play items that capture the interest of their 5 senses seem to work best when teaching them. Our students are little rays of sunshine that love to explore their environment daily. All of my students learn best when taught with multi-sensory and with high contrast colored items. Students seem to have an increased interest, time on task, and prefer these item more. Finding preferred play items can be a challenge for our students. The items that we are requesting would be used in circle time activities, centers, and during teacher-directed Activities during our school day.
