The National Standards for Music Education recognizes that performance on instruments is a huge part of music education and learning about musical concepts. Students often seek the opportunity to play some instrument throughout the year as they begin taking music classes at their schools.My students and I need your assistance providing them with those opportunities and with those resources. All of the students, from grades Pre-Kindergarten through eighth grade would greatly benefit from having these tools available in our classroom. The donations toward this project will help increase hands-on student experiences in the music classroom. Through the use of instruments, my students will gain so many more experiences, and will continue developing the talent that they have deep within. With your help and your donations, I know that we can make the music department at my school thrive.
