The Life & Basketball Project believes that sports are one of the many venues we can encourage and help youth to overcome and actually end once and for all nowadays-social inequality that is present around the globe. We offer student-athletes the unique opportunity to design realistic steps to achieve their aspirations. This, education based program, will help youth regardless race or gender to become student-athletes through mentoring, commitment and focus that implies to establish successful habits. The program will provide a consistent timeframe to review our student-athlete's academic and behavioral progress. Also, an integrated fitness program will be offered as part of the basketball player development program but inclusive to the school community, from parents to teachers and administrators. The project will encourage student-athletes to exchange in a multicultural, safe and respectful environment while showcasing their basketball skills through a 3x3 basketball tournament.
