My Social Studies students range from grades 6th-8th with a wide level of abilities. My focus is to offer them a multi-sensory learning experiences that are rigorous and student centered. In order to accomplish my goal I need to offer these students experiences that are intrinsically motivated by technology. However, they don't always have access to technology. I'm seeking donations that will allow us to have 10-15 chrome books or Mini-IPads in order to access information on their own to complete Social Studies projects and to further their research. Nowadays not having a tool like a Chromebook or an Ipad is the same as not having a pen or a pencil. Technology that propels student into inquiry and feeds their curiosity.
