My name is Adrian Morales and I am a brand new teacher for the construction program at Sahuarita High School in Sahuarita Arizona. My program is one of the last, if not the last construction courses avaliable in southern AZ that builds real homes for habitat for humanity. I currently have three courses avaliable: Intro to construction, Advanded Construction, and finally the Habitat Build. These courses help students learn the fundamentals of construction. In my intro class they learn what construction is and how it applies to the real world, while learning how to build basic structures. The advanced class builds more complicated projects, and gets involved with plumbing and electrical. The habitat build program which is the final course puts the students to work into building a home for the community.
