My students are my munchkins, they are my whole world! Not only do I cherish each and every single one of my munchkins, but I also believe in them and their future endeavors. Currently, our school serves PreK - 6th grade students in the Hermosa neighborhood of Chicago. I currently see roughly 55 students per day. Over 95% of our students come from a low-income household and all receive free/reduced lunch. I have many students who came from other countries like Mexico, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Honduras, Brazil, and Guatemala, all seeking a better life. My students deserve the world and I try my best to give them my all to make sure they know this.
