I am a 4th year ELAR teacher. I know the importance of reading and writing. I am currently attempting to make my students' experience in the classroom better. This is why I am requesting rugs (one for our class library and one for interactive read aloud). I know my students will love to see this when they walk into the classroom. Also, the classroom environment can sometimes be distracting. Thus the reason for us needing headphones. The students will use the headphones in small groups, while listening to reading and reading to self. These electronics will also be useful for class assessments. I truly believe the headphones will really assist with increasing my scholars' focus, thus enriching their education.
