My Pre-Kindergarten students are awesome! They amaze and impress me every day. However, they are very active. With inconsistent Oklahoma weather patterns, daily outside play is not guaranteed. Also, with the dynamics of our school, we don't get to attend regular physical education class. In addition to daily recess, I would like to introduce my class to some organized, indoor physical fitness as well. My students are curious and always willing to try new things. They always want to impress me with their knowledge and strength. With our large classroom and daily quiet time, it's the perfect place to practice yoga and develop new skills that will enhance their learning.
