Hello everyone! I am currently a fourth grade ESL teacher at Bowie Elementary in Grand Prairie, Texas. I am a second year teacher at a Title I school. I strive to give my students an education and love for learning that will last a life time. I try to reach my students at all levels (academically, socially, and emotionally). I do not have much by way of supplies or experience, but I do give them 100% each and everyday. We are learning and growing together. I want nothing more than to provide them with opportunities that will help them succeed and excel in the future. I am from a background very similar to many of theirs (low SES/single parent household), and I was able to achieve my dreams. I want to make sure that I am a driving force in leading them down the right path to their dreams. I hope that through donations from wonderful people who want the same things, there will be unlimited possibilities for them.
