I am the lucky teacher of a great third grade class. Our small Northern California school is in an agricultural community and serves students in 3rd-5th grade. Over 70% of our students are low-income and over 60% are English Language Learners. Our students love coming to school because our staff provide a balanced and rigorous education, and our positive school community encourages each student to be their best world citizen. I have been teaching for 20 years and have been in Winters for 6 years. I love the small town feel and the welcoming community. Between the staff, kids, parents, administration, and school activities, I feel that I have hit the teaching jackpot! I am so happy to be a part of the Winters team.
